Does anyone have advice on how to clear these up? Also, how to lighten my red and dark spots? Every lightening treatment I have tried has caused more acne. I am currently using a topical clindamycin on top of my regular routine. It seemed to be improving but two weeks into clindamycin I have this breakout on both cheeks. Help me! :( I'm so tired of this....

do not use lemon juice if u still have acne issues.

also, check for intolerance before u apply on face.

They still look like undeveloped pimples, have you tried anything hormonal ?

My dr said it could be caused from the depo shot I am on and gave me clindamycin to keep my acne at bay until the shot wears off but maybe it isn't working?? I am wondering if I should go back to the dr. Any suggestions on hormonal treatments I can try?

hormonal acne can be treated by pills and herbs etc.

but for a long term effect u are to maintain a healthy life.

to train ur hormones and maintain a level.

The red marks/spots could be a histamine reaction or allergic pimples. They do not look like the typical hormonal cysts, so you might want to get your IgE checked and look into food intolerances.

Hopefully we can figure something that will finally work. I have been using Mario badescu drying mask and cream which has helped make them smaller and less red. But they are still there

Mine appear the same and they happened 3 months after my first Depo shot.

I am almost off my second round of depo and my acne has decreased immensely. I have only had a few new spots on my chin and two new on my cheeks in the last few weeks. I can't tell if it is the clindamycin or just coming off depo! I still break out it just isn't as angry.
