Sunscreen And Gym..

So i will be putting sunscreen on before i go to the gym because i will be riding my bike there ... its not waterproof... should i rub it off with a tissue or wash my face? or is it ok if i just keep it on and when i sweat just pat my face with tissues?

i sweat a lot ... and i am 17.. it wont cause clogged pores ot more acne?

-- you need to read up on basics of acne. starting at the pages at the top navbar would be ok. noncomogenic means it wont according to demotalogists. now if corporations are buying the labels for their products, then you're in a bad spot

I think keeping it on and just patting your face, when you sweat, should do the trick.

before u start gymming,its ideal that u remove anything like makeup,creams etc.

same goes for sunscreen.

so as u reach the gym,wash it off.

after gym,wash the sweat off.this is a MUST.

wear sunscreen again if going out.

i know its sounds so expensive but its our skin.

gotta compromise.

As aanabill said, before doing something that you know is gonna make you sweat, remove EVERYTHING you have on your face ! Make sure nothing blocks or touches your skin while working-out ( hair, headbands ).

It's best not to touch your skin even if you sweat, patting with a towel will only make your pores clog !

After working-out a shower IS A MUST ! After that moisturize it.

so i should just let my face be all sweaty for 2 hours? ... well my forehead never ever ever breaks out .. i dont even apply anything to it.. so i guess ill jsut wipe my forehead so my eyes dont burn ;P i intend to push it in the gym and treadmill..
