hi,

so sorry to be that person who posts pictures for help. i've been struggling with these non-inflamed bumps on my chin and under lips for a long time now. i'm not sure if they are non-inflamed acne or something else. does anyone know what they look like?

It kinda looks like keratosis pilaris? But the non-inflamed kind called "keratosis pilaris alba". It definitely doesn't look like regular acne to me. I would go to a dermatologist and see what they can do for you. :)

Looked like sesame bread at first sight.I know i am gross.Maybe they are harmless little pus filled pimples?
