I want to share with you guys how I completely got rid of my acne. I want you guys to know that this all worked for me, I have oily skin. So if you have oily skin, please read on, and even if you don't agree with me, take some things into consideration. Because I have gone through trial and error.
First part is this, things coming in contact with your face. It surprises me how little people know about this. When I had acne, I'd sleep on my face at night, I would constantly touch my face with my hands, I literally did not care what touched my face. I think this is such a big part in why a lot of people get acne.
So try this. For 1 week or 1 month, do not let ANYTHING touch your face. Don't even bother changing your pillow sheets, just learn to sleep on your back like I did. Don't let your face touch your pillow sheet at all. And do not let anything touch your face, not even your fingers. The amount of things you touch daily plays a big role. If your face itches, get a napkin and touch it. But don't let anything touch your face, not your hands, not your sweater, not your shirt, not your pillow, nothing. Don't sleep on the desk at school or lay your face on anything, i cannot stress this enough.
Second, cut out all of your products. The thing about these products is that they make it so that even if you are successful, if you stop using it you get messed up. I can prove this, because I have 3 brothers. 2 of them have minor acne, they never used any products even when they got acne, the other one used pro active and a whole bunch of other ones. Now his face is still suffering from scars and pimples and many many problems. DO NOT USE IT. It is sooo bad for your skin. Since my face is so oily I only use soap and although it dries it still works.
With that being said, you don't even have to use soap, you can just use cold water, than hot water, 3 times a day. And it will still work.
Now onto food, I know scientists say food has no link to it, but I find that to be bullshit. And I think you guys agree with me that there is a link to it. Now here is such an interesting case. When I went to the middle east in my city. The guys there my age had literally no acne. And i was wondering how do they do it? How are they not getting acne? The amount of people with acne was so low. And then I figured it out. The people there don't have the unhealthy processed food we have. They do have chocolate, but not a lot of people eat it because it's actually pretty nasty there. They eat alot of fruits, vegetables, chicken, rice, and other meats. Don't get me wrong there rice is not the healthiest but none the less they aren't eating foods with a hundred ingredients.
While here we are eating processed food with so many ingredients, and from the ratio of people with acne here to there where there was literally no one with acne. I have to conclude this fact. I do believe it has something to do with it.
Now all of the above. Try it, try not letting ANYTHING touch your face except water and/or soap. And try not eating ANY processed foods. I will GUARANTEE you your face will be much much better.
Thank you for the input! I am a fan of wholistic acne healing myself as well. May I ask how severe was your acne prior to starting this treatment?
Thanks, my acne was not severe but it was like i had a lot of it on my cheeks and everywhere. Now i have no acne except for a little bit of scars that are really faded
I think acne has a lot more to do with genetics or the type of stuff you put on your face and how it reacts rather than food. I really don't think food has anything to do with acne. I have heaps of friends who eat a lot and I mean a lot of junk but they don't even have a single spot on their face.

its because they are not prone to acne and yes, their genes are not ones linked to acne.
also, other aspects like sleep, stress and skincare routine etc plays good parts.
although not all acne is food related but a good number are.

Try a month long "deep fried candy bacon" only diet and tell me acne isn't influenced through the foods we eat.

Yeah but that's what I'm saying a person whose genes have no acne what so ever can eat your so called "deep fried candy bacon" for a month and still won't break out. By the way i myself am confused about this matter too so I'm not saying that I am a know it all or anything. I try to eat healthy because I still have the doubt the junk food I eat will cause me to break out. Im just a really confused soul and just want to find answers.
u see i might chain smoke and still not have cancer but does that mean tobacco is not carcinogenic?
similarly,i may have junk food everyday and not break out but it is not a proof that acne and diet are not related.
its just that not every everyone's acne can be cured related to diet.
Yup I do agree with many of your suggestion, but I also need to mention here that its been scientifically proven that acne can never go away for good. In other words, you might think it has gone away and will never return, but go back to leading an unhealthy life and you will be proven wrong.
It all depends on your skin and genetics !
I have acne, dry-oily, sensitive skin ! Basically everything can trigger me acne. But I'm glad that you managed to resolve the acne problem BUT don't stop taking care of your skin just the way you did while trying to cure it. Acne strikes back with every chance it has.

ur statements are contradictory.
u say acne can never go away for food.
and then u add - eat junk and it will come back.
inference : diet can be related to ur acne.not all acne can be treated with dietary changes but a big number are.
I just posted my own topic about how I got rid of my acne. I COMPLETELY agree with your view on products. My products were actually the source of my acne for the past two years! Go figure. But I just wanted to say that diet had absolutely nothing to do with my acne. I broke out when I broke out. It happened on weeks that I was eating healthy, and busy weeks when I only had time to eat fast food. My one acne source was skin irritation.
