I have very mild acne if you even want to call it that , mainly all my acne is on my chin , mainly whiteheads . I'm just wondering how to treat them , I'm currently using a salicylic acid cleanser twice a day with a SA exfoliater once a day with a 3% sulfur spot treatment , my question is do I pop it to get the puss out or leave it and if I leave it what's a fast way to get rid of them

Oh man. I have the Exact! same problem as you. I have moderate acne that develops in the middle of my chin and near my nose. But on my chin they are white heads (ew) that feel sooo deep- they may not be so noticeable but they pop up so much! Its weird i will get like waves of clean skin on my chin, they a couple weeks of horrible breakouts. I dont know what your cause may be for you- but i notice if i switch my toothpaste to a whitening toothpaste i get them or use scarves that arent clean.

the big one i see is probably a tiny zit with lots of pus in it.

how is ur diet and lifestyle like?

keep using the SA wash.what % is it?

why would u need a separate exfoliator?

also, why is the area so red?

to ur question,no never pop any kind of zit.

not even whiteheads or mess with blackheads.

that increases chances of scaring or marks.

Well I'm very athletic so I'm always sweating , and at the time of the picture I am sunburned , my diet is high carbs cause I burn it all of over the day.

I believe the cleanser is 1.5%

high GI(high carb) diet is not doing u any good.

nor is the sun.

use a high spf good sunscreen.

and look after ur diet.

high GI diet is to give ur insulin spikes and screw ur hormones directly or indirectly.

Even though you're burning the CALORIES in the carbs you eat, you could still be getting loads of inflammation from it. Is there any way you could reduce or eliminate carb consumption and stick to more veggies and proteins? You have a bad sunburn, it makes me hurt just thinking about it. :( Try to wear lots of sunscreen and do your workouts inside a gym or when it's not so sunny outside, sunburn is just bad for your health in general.

I would also be very gentle with the area and not use the SA exfoliater every day, maybe every three days or so.
