I know your skin gets bad after you switch off (as I am currently 3 weeks off and my acne has come back with a vengeance) but is there a certain time period after that its really bad and then it calms down? Like do I just have to wait it out? Cause I really want to go back on BP right about now

u know what bp does?

it kills the bacteria?

if u really dnt wanna be dependent on it,why dnt u try other stuff that does the same work but has less/no side effects and is natural?

also,look after ur diet and lifestyle.
