Ever since I started using saw palmetto and gave it up for good (two months ago), I get these neck bumps... they are not big but they are so painful... can anyone please recommend what I should do to at least relieve the pain? I got three of them at the moment. The good part is that they are not too visible.

I get those when my hormones are out of whack. Your hormones are probably adjusting after stopping the saw palmetto. They go away slowly with time, I wouldn't try popping them. I would just spot treat them with BP and dry to dry them up. You could also try icing them.

Thank you lady! I just put BP... my hormones do seem out of whack after saw palmetto! Why did I decide to take sp in the first place??? That was the worst decision of my life!

I won't pick them! :)
