Hey folks. I've been looking for some advice on the best way to go about helping with my situation here. It doesn't appear to be anything too serious, it's just this annoying facial redness that comes and goes depending on what I do...

It seems to be at it's best of almost not noticable at all when I first wake up in the morning, but after I have a shower it gets more noticable, and by the end of the day it's very obvious.

I've been using a moisturizer (Garnier Refresh Moisture Rescue) cause I heard that tends to help with this but I honestly feel like I don't really know what I'm doing. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Dont believe theres much you can do about it unless you get some laser work done.

I have mild rosacea and that's what it looks like to me. Does your face get red if you drink alcohol? do you blush easily? If you're not opposed to antibiotics, you can try Doryx or similar. Do you regularly use sunscreen on your face? If not, find one that works for you and use it religiously. That's made a big difference for me. I used to be a sun seeker and now I'm a shade seeker! Sun is bad, bad, bad for my face. I used to go in the stream room and sauna at the gym. Not any more! There is a lot of info online about rosacea. Look it up and see if it seems like that's what you might be dealing with. HTH!

All I see is one small scar on your forehead the rest of your skin is 10/10.

Dont worry too much man plus we aren't getting any younger.
