So I went to the dermatologist about a month and a half ago for some small clogged pores. he prescribed me retin a at night and clindamycin in the morning. honestly this regimen has made my face so much worse. its been six weeks and my face is covered in whiteheads and small bumps everywhere. I feel like killing my dermatologist. what can I use to make this go away.

That's what retin a does. Expect at least half of your closed comedones to come to the surface. Please give your regimen at least 3 month before you give up. Closed comedones are extreamly stubborn and take time to go away! It always gets worse before it gets better when treating closed comedones.

Trust me just give it time. The skin that is clear looks great and even!

You have to stick it out for retin A unfortunately, thing get worse before they get better, luckily for you, it doesnt seem to be a bad breakout :)

I agree with the other posters. You have to give th topical time. It's going to cause a purge before it clears unfortunately. I think the retin a will work great for you just stick with it for atleast 3 months!

Retin - a never worked for my skin :( it made its so much more worse and I used it for about 2 months but couldn't bear the breakout any more so just stopped it. Check out my topic I found success with some pretty basic products.
