I have 4 of them on the right side of my nose and 3 on the left. They are noticable. They appeared 1-3 months ago after having large cysts. I didnt even pop them. Are these things permanent? If not, how do you get rid of it. I prefer no surgery. Im 16 = no money.

i havent had them on my nose- but they will stay for a month to two months- just dont touch it at all!

Actually I used to have these persistent pimples on my cheekbone ! Its actually a bacteria, go to the derm and he will give you the right lotion for your skin.
