Hello guys! I have this some kind of acne on my elbow. Please help me identify what kind of acne this is and some treatments and should I go to a dermatologist to have it removed. It's kinda big and it swells. It hurts if I try to squeeze it. It's been already here for like 7 months, and it wont go away! A few months ago I tried to squeeze it because it was really yellow and the skin was thin. I knew that it had a lot of pus, and I wasn't wrong. There was literally a big amount of pus. After that, I thought it was gone, but I was wrong. The big acne came back. After a few months, I squeezed the hell out of this acne every now and then (I regret this), right until now. Earlier this morning, I tried to squeeze it (another regret).It was only now that I decided to post about my problem. Anyway, I attached a picture of it. Hope you guys could help me. Thanks guys!

Edit: Its hard to squeeze. If I squeeze it, not all the pus will come out, and it is still inflamed.
