hi, for the past 7 months i've had this white underskin slight lump when skin is taught a cm below the right side of my mouth.so when i smile it shows.

no hair is growng there,its painless although i get a feeling of something in there.

This started as a spot pimple thing which a squeezed some of contents out which was greeny yellow fluid.i left a while to heal but to me there is just stuff stuck undereath(the white)....took antibiotics,tried fuciden.tea tree honey etc..it dont change,may of got a little bigger about 5mm round..

been to a doctor x3 diff each time,2 said they didnt know,1 said it was a scar but whilst not really looking at it.yeah said it was a scar but then i told her i got stuff out of it,,oh?

i've asked to see a derm in which they said it will be a waste of time,

i read about clogged pores,if it was a clogged pore why have they not given me anything to absorb the junk or unblock it

i read of all these creams and extractions but is it different or something in england,my doc has not even heard of the injections you can have to disperse the thing.

surely if you dont know what it is you go to a specialist too no?

the skin around it is red but maybe(yes) due to my semi prodding every couple of weeks.

i do have thin strands of hard white come out of this .....but its just deep under skin...

so how can it be a scar? i have not squeezed excessive either.

this white has been there since first popped too,,,a scar would not form that quick would it? neither would it produce puss.

i cannot see a ingrown hair in there either though hair has stopped growing....

another doctor said to leave it and the body will absorb it,,,he didnt say scar.

i admit i have been obsessive about this lol and petty to others problems but its bugging me.

so now i thinking about paying to see a derm.....me,i don't think its a scar..

has anyone had a thing like this......maybe a follicle infection which has passed but puss underskin remains until its absorbed by the body.......? below is a article which makes sense
