What things have you tried to try and get rid of your acne? Any diet changes? Creams?

if cetaphil is suiting u then carruy on.

but for acne-prone skin i always suggest low% aha or bha washes...but since u say u have dry skin, lets skip that.

ur diet and lifestyle should be ur weapon at the moment to solve ur issues.but i never deny power of a proper skincare routine and topical help.

i'd suggest u go through the 'diet and holistic living' forum and find out more about whats right...dnt blindly believe every single thing..and/or dnt get confused for u'll see several contradicting ideas.

the key is to find out what diet suits u through trial and error method.

but the basics are the same.

u can go through several blogs(mine included!grinwink.gif ) to see what people normally design their diet like.

water.green tea, cinnamon, lemon water etc are extra tips.

do u think ur condition is serious enough to visit a derm?

can u upload a pic?
