Hi. I've been suffering from mild to moderate acne since 17, but this year has been the worst. Severe acne started appearing on my cheeks. Thats the area of concentration of my acne. Recently I started following the regimen here, however nothing was said about dealing with sweating and oiliness after doing the regimen. I live in a tropical country and hot weather is the normal here.

How can I deal with sweating and oiliness after finishing doing the regimen? I usually pat my face dry when sweating and when my face gets too oily, but I don't know if this just aggravates the condition of the active acne.
