Do you use any products on that area?

Just a little bif of BP on each pimple

What do you use to shave with? Also, are they ingrown hairs? Or just bumps?

I just use a normal Gillet razor and Gillete shaving cream and they seem to be just red bumps, some of them have white heads but it's mixed.

I used to have back and chest acne but accutane cleared those, only facial acne came back about a year which is strange...

I've been using topical Clindamicyn for about a week but it made me feel really sick and my acne got a lot more worse than this so I dropped off.

have you tried using an electric one? Sorry, I'm not a guy... lol

But it's weird that it's only in that area... if the shaving isn't irritating it, then maybe your toothpaste is? Do you have fluoride in yours?

And then again... sometimes acne comes back after accutane. =/

I know it really sucks, I do have a electric razor and I still got those bumps but it seems shaving with a normal razor makes acne a lot worse, maybe it's not foliculitis and it's just "normal " acne... my derm says all I can do is to stay using BP and wait since I can't take accutane anymore.

About the toothpaste, well I use Colgate total whitening and I don't think I got fluoride I didn't even know tothpaste could irritate and create acne lol

I decided to stop shaving for some days and even thought I look like shit most of the acne has gone!

Now I´m afraid it will come back when I shave

 

Edit: I forgot to mention that I also started to take L-tyrosine which is a natural hormonal regulator, maybe that could been of help?
