Hey guys, long time lurker, first time poster. I break out around my lips from time to time usually with just the garden variety spots that clear up relatively easily. But about a month ago i had a couple spots pop up just above my lip and one of them has stayed infected and will not go away. It's a very strange lesion, maybe cyst like, i'm not sure, it's hard to explain. It didn't have a head at first so I left it alone and it eventually scabbed over and looked as if it was going away. But for weeks it stayed painful and felt like a hard lump so i squeezed it to drain it (sorry, gross) and thought that was the end of it, that it would heal up. But it has stayed infected and active. It keeps scabbing over, but stays inflamed under the scab and seems to keep 'filling up' so to speak. Anyways, it's still painful and perpetually infected! It's driving me crazy! Any suggestions?
