I have extremely oily face, and severe cystic acne. My acne goes crazy in summers. It becomes pretty hot where I live 30-40 degree centigrade. In winters however, it reduces and almost completely disappears. Everything else remains the same. Same diet and all.

Has anyone noticed something like this with them?
