My older brother. He had chicken pox last year, well actually all the three of us siblings got chicken pox all together. He didn't take any anti-viral but my eldest brother & I took anti-viral. So yeah, he had a full-blown chicken pox & got lots of marks from them. Right now, somehow, his acne also kinda went away with his chicken pox marks. I remember he used to say that all you need is to cleanse your face & moisturize. Don't do anything else. But the thing is he didn't do any of those. I could simply just say that he didn't give any care at all about his face. Yup, just stop stressing about acne.

My eldest brother however, had lots of acne since puberty & he got tons of ice pick scars on his cheeks. Oh & I kinda got acne after I made fun of his face. Yup, karma.

Now he drinks lots of water, since he's in front of the computer all day long, why not drink a lot of water. Now, he only get one or two any other month maybe because of stress.

So yeah, I think it's really important to not care about your face at all & drink lots of water. All three of us now don't wear any cleansers at all. My older brother & I only wear spf moisturizers when we go out.
