I'm on the bodybuilding forum occassonally, and there are lots of those 'before and after' pictures thread of people achieving their fitness goals. I haven't seen anything like this here, so I'd figure hey, why not get a before and after picture thread started! I'm sure many of you have achieved some improvements.

I'll go first to break the ice. Keep in mind, the first two photos are pretty disturbing.
