I have acne on my back, but what are the white spots? Acne or scars??

It JUST looks like red marks mostly, and it looks like you have dry skin, remember to MOISTURIZE!!

I'm currently on accutane, 1 and a half month in so that's the reason the skin is so dry.

Do you know if accutane removes red marks aswell?

Honestly idk I never been accutane, however I do know red marks take a long time to go away they're kinda like scars. Just always moisturize your skin before you go to bed.
