no it should not as the salt is good for digestion. combine it with carrot, cucumber, beet, dandelion greens etc.

celery is mostly water so add some other veggies in your drink.
That's a juicing website, so it is a biased opinion. Celery is 95% water http://www.ca.uky.edu/enri/pubs/enri129.pdf and yes it does contain nutrients, mainly potassium, it still is 95% water.
