Looks like acne to me, but probably a good idea to go & see a doctor to make sure it isn't Rosacea.

Could be anything. Looks like acne but also looks like it could be rosacea. It doesn't look that bad though but is still probably annoying seeing it when you look in the mirror

I'd wear nothing but organic make up/lotions/etc. on my face going forward. Mainstream make up is full of chemicals as are mainstream moisturizers, shampoos, conditioners, etc. etc. A lot of these manufacturers will add things to the ingredients of their products with the intention to cause acne, so you will then buy acne related products, hopefully from the same company...a lot of these companies are also branches of 1 company.

AVOID CHEMICALS!!
