I've been suffering from acne for about 5 years, and had it seemingly under control for a while until a few months ago when it got really bad. I was using benzaclin, but my prescription ran out & I cannot afford it anymore. My skin was mostly clear besides blackheads and scarring left behind, so I began using target brand blackhead scrub & garnier skin renew dark spot corrector. That helped until mid-summer when I ran out, but my skin didn't break out again until school started. So now it's worse than ever and the scrub/corrector combo isn't working anymore. So I'm hoping someone can give some advice on what to use for my skin type:

I am 17, male, believe I have combination skin because around where I shave is dry but my t-zone and forehead are pretty oily.

I also suffer from blackheads and scarring, which I seem to be prone to.

Also, my skin seems to become resistant to treatments I use after a while, as proactiv and my current treatment have both become ineffective.

Any advice is appreciated, I'm pretty much desperate...
