Help With My Acne (Pics)

So i've had mild spots for maybe 2 years and i've tried various products to try and get rid of them. I found sudocrem worked quite well but that stopped working for me and i've tried a ton of over the counter products(tea tree oil, neutrogena, clean and clear) with differing levels of success. After deciding to go and see my doctor he prescribed me to take Duac. My only issue is I feel that alot of my skin is red marks and hyperpigmentation rather than active acne, so it would be better for me to use Duac where appropriate. I'm looking to use things like jojoba oil to fade these marks but my question is, should I persist with using Duac on what looks like hyperpigmentation, and can any of you guys possibly help me identify what type of acne I have seeing as my doctor didn't really help with that. P.S. I've been using duac for about 5 days now and my acne seems to have gotten worse over the period of 2 years.

Hi my water intake has always been very good and in terms of the tea tree oil I'm not sure if it was 100% but it didn't benefit my skin. I've got some jojoba oil now which I'm going to try on my red marks and just use duac where appropriate as I don't want BP to damage my skin.
