So I feel like Im at wits ends. I unfortantly have the bad combo of having seb dermititis, rosacea, and acne. Ive tried every drugstore wash, sal acid, differin and metrogel with terrible results. Bp wash helps a little bit but for some reason when I put bp cream on, I break out even worse. I cant use moisturizers because everyone I've tried has made my skin red and broke me out. Im currently using dawn dish soap which I know inst suppose to be the best for skin but its helping clear my last moisturizer breakout and it actually leaves my skin somewhat refreshed. Any advice or encouragement would be appreciated.
