So I had a cyst near my chin and I left it alone until I was able to push out the puss with my tongue from the inside out. After it was "popped" it seemed to go away, then the next day after it had been looking it's best I woke up and it was a dark black and blue bruise like thing. No bump or anything but it's just a small bruise. Looks like there's blood under it. Any advice?
