I've been suffering from acne since I was, yet it's always been on and off. A month ago I got and still have terrible acne on my left cheek it's horrible hard unde the skins spots which hurt a lot, has anyone tried the acne.org regime I would love to know how it's going, also has anyone tried quinoderm I heard its done some good for people.

I'm new to this so not sure how it works
