Hi,

I started using zinc oxide cream on my face two weeks ago, it works really well for reducing redness/pih marks. I use it as a spot treatment because applying the cream all over my face makes me break out.

Yesterday I applied it on a few red marks on my left cheek before I went to sleep, and I woke up with some kind of rash sad.png I'm afraid it will become inflamed..

Does anyone know what this is and how to get rid of it?

It will subside after a few days if not use aloe vera. Also use a anti acne moisturizer with the zinc oxide as it is very drying.

I started using desitin 40% every night since last Monday. On Wednesday I had something I thought it was a rash but I discovered it was the pimples laying deep under my skin. By Friday they were gone. I only have like one or two spots. This things is amazing. I tried everything in the market from the A to the Z

So you kept applying the cream or did you stop?

i got an initial breakout when i started using zinc oxide. i had like a mountain range on my left cheek running from near my temple to my cheek. i was kind of proud of it haha! anyway after it all went away and now i am for the most part clear on my face. for some reason it doesn't work as well on my back. although it always stops pimples in their track and dries them.

This thing gives me more pimples.

I used it for a whole month. It worked for a while but I started getting white heads everywhere, it's so hard to remove.

NOT WORTH IT
