As you can see from the image I have these weird tiny bumps all over my upperlip and chin.

Usually if i press them a thin white string substance comes out. I have been on acne medication and creams to get rid of them, but nothing works?

I also went to a dermatologist who injected something into the big one that is red in the picture around 1 year ago, however it only went away for 2 weeks and then it came back.
