I have had cystic acne for 16 years now. I heard that taking MSM supplements would help but I am getting dime sized cysts on my face again. I have been on the MSM for 2 weeks now not seeing any improvements, it's actually getting worse. Anyone with experience on using MSM?

I'd keep going- because I know the way msm is supposed to work is to purify the insides and push everything to the surface. Give it some time

MSM is still relatively new for me - I've been using a MSM cream but I didn't even know you could get supplements. I'll look into them. In my opinion though, 2 weeks isn't long enough to see if anything is working. Stick with it for a while to see how it does work for you.
