Those are just minor pimples. You do not need to worry much. Your forehead looks really oily. Try to wash your face in the morning and at night with a facial cleanser. Or every other day if your skin is dried from the winter. You need to also exfoliate at least twice a week to unclog pores. After that apply some moisturizer lotion even if you have oily skin. Just apply less at your forehead.
