Hi folks, around a year ago I had a small lump. Like a spot under the skin, it stayed like that for months, but over the last 2-3 months it's getting bigger, and is starting to get me down.
The pic below doesn't do it justice, it's pretty noticeable now, seems to slightly go up and down in size occasionally.
It isn't sore, sometimes can feel a little sensitive, won't go away if I press on it, feels pretty hard and firm.

Thanks for the reply, trying to get an appointment with a derm here is a nightmare. I've been on Lymecycline for my acne aswell as duac once daily cream for the last year and although most of my acne has cleared, my skin is still seriously oily and I still come out in spot now and then, I have an apppintment with my gp on Thursday. So I'm going to demand I see a derm. I'm 26, I want the spots to stop lol.
I've added another pic of how it looks right this minute, just out bed.

Well now that nose looks more red and a little more inflamed then the other pics, so it could be a cyst possibly...its hard to tell just by a picture. But I definitely agree, demand to see a dermatologist and I totally agree with you about the frustration with spots. I am 29 and still have to deal with this crap, it gets me down and irritated sometimes. There is something called an aspirin mask that may help with the pimple on the nose, I have never tried it, but a lot of people have good things to say about it. So you may want to google it and see if it is something that you want to try.
It seems to be like that in the mornings, then by about now (10am) it's calmed down. This is me now -
Driving me insane, hasn't bothered me to much until it started being red in the morning and getting quite a bit bigger. You would think in this day and age they would of had a cure for acne by now. Lol
