I'm new here and when I was first checking out the site I saw that scrubs are not good for your skin because the can irritate your skin and now I'm afraid to use any type of scrubs. I have light/moderate acne but I have a ton of ance scars and marks from post acne treatments and I have been hearing that exfoliation is the way to go when it comes to getting rid of my scars. So I started exfoliating my skin and I don't have any problems so far but I only started about a week ago. Can I continue? I want to now because I was looking to buy the Clearisonic Mia and I don't want to buy anything that might aggrivate my sensitive skin.
I've heard people say it's good and it isn't. I personally don't exfoliate my face as when I did it was really rough and i just thought no it will make it worse. I just use a cleanser and that seems to be okay for me, but if you want to exfoliate then do so, I think it's just personal prefence. People agree and people don't, it's your choice!
