Hello everyone! I'm new to this site and i want to share what I'm doing that's really helping me clear up. I used to have really nice skin but last year around December I started getting cystic acne:/. I'm a picker, I can't help it but lately Ive been controlling my self yaaaaayyy me ¦ Organic Raw honey!!!+ vitamin e oil= happy meee and healthier smoother skin. Only been doing since last Monday and I'm already seeing great results. I hope at least one person in the world reads this and benefits from trying it:). I wash my face in the morning with honey then gently pat dry. Then as a moisturizer I use the vitamin e oil, about 4 drops. Then at night I massage my face with honey for about 3 minutes and leave it as a mask for 20-30 minutes and I don't moisturize at night because I find that my pores get clogged. So easy to do and free of chemicals !! So the first picture was taken before I started doing this my marks were so dark and purple , I was using biore Ice cleanser which I liked alot but wasn't helping with my cysts at all. The last 3 images were taken last night. There's no.more bumps under my skin .
