Spot Or Colesaw?

Hi,

I always get these red possibly spots come up in the same places just under my lips. They come up in clusters doesn't seem to be just one at a time. However they are kinda like a bit scabby. How do I know if they're spots or if there colesaws?

lol, did you mean coldsores? sounds like coldsores to me if they're scabby. Start taking some vitamins and boost your immune system!
