Is it like a reddish color? or more of a blackish blue color?

Sometimes if I pick, or if I accidentally bump a deep pimple before it forms a head it will make a blackish blue mark... If it's the same thing as what I get then it's blood stuck under the surface. It takes a couple weeks but it will go away on its own... A few times I've had to prick it with a needle to release the blood because it was too painful to leave, but that has only been necessary a small amount of times, so you should definitely just leave it alone to heal before you intervene.

But if it has a more reddish brown hue then I'm not so sure.

Looks like a scar, I would leave it alone
