Try applying basic aloe vera lotion directly out of the shower. It's very cooling and *knock on wood* has help me a bunch. Also take a dose of Ibuprofen every once in awhile as its a anti-inflammatory and not addictive. It seems like your spots are very similar to mine. Best of luck friend!
