Hello everyone. My first post here so i hope i didnt mess something.

From time to time a cyst shows up so i apply antibiotic every day and leave it but at some point it opens by itself. Sooo what are my options ? Sqeeze it or leave it bleeding lol. The stuff in it just want to come out i think...
