Popping A Whitehead From The Inside, Is This Okay?

Basically I've done this 3-5 times, I've used my tongue and from the inside of my mouse pushed against the inside of my lips, and the head of the whitehead popped, is this okay?

 

 

Question#2, how should I clean it after that happens?

Yes, better than pushing in with your fingers which pushes more bacteria back into the pore
