Hey guys,

I'm new here and this is my first post. I have watched a ton of youtube videos about how to treat acne and it lead me here. I have also seen a lot of videos of people using Acne.org products and their skin gets really clean and acne free. So i'm liking this site.

I need your guys advice because I have acne on my skin for a long time and i want it gone. My acne are like, easy to irritate. when i touch my face i could feel it getting mad i guess? idk how to explain it. But i've been using Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash which i liked at first, but then its been a few months and i haven't seen any improvement, it has Salicylic Acid in it. But now i recently bought Cetaphil Daiyl face wash which a lot of people like because they are gentle on the skin, I personally love it, not seeing much of an improvement yet though, but i could tell its better than the Neutrogena i had.

I never really knew guys were supposed to use Moisturizers and other treatments. So i bought Ponds Dry Skin Cream Moisturizer. I use that after washing my face with Cetaphil daily cleanser. My problem is, i've never used treatment before, what do you guys suggest me to use? and would it be okay if I use Cetaphil Cleanser, Acne.org treatment, then Ponds Moisturizer? i really don't know. Something about my skin is that, it gets dry and flaky.

Just give me suggestions please! thanks

i would try anything

HI.. i found cetaphil cleanser here in italy in pharmacy and i bought it for try... personally i don't think it works like cleanser because, yes it's delicate on the skin but don't clean very well... i used it for a few days and i noticed that don't dry my skin but my face was not really clean from black points or imperfections. I've got a delicate skin with some imperfections but not a lot and need hydration... this cleanser is not for me... i think there are many others products that work better... i usually use av¨ne cleanance gel and for me works better then cetaphil it is based on thermal wather it isn't aggressive).. although it dry my skin if used every day 2 times a day.... now i'm going to use acne.org BP treatment... here in italy is impossible found neutrogena or BP treatmen.. i don't know why... are you intent on try BP treatment you too?

... sorry for my english :- \ hope you'll understand.. BYE :)

No, i understand you very well!. and i've been wanting to use acne.org products but i just want to make sure it works. and i heard a lot of people say that Cetaphil daily cleanser is just like acne.org's facial cleanser. and i would like to finish up my bottle of cetaphil though.. before of buying BP

aaah ok.. now it's the second time i use the treatment and i think it's different from cetaphil because is not a real acne treatment.. i think it let the skin go like naturally should do... so if you have some imperfection it will not clean deep as BP do... i don't know if cetaphil that i find in italy is the same of american cetaphil.. is there into this cleanser a BP component??..here in Italy not.. so it's a different treatment.. you could use cetaphil anyway during the treatment ( if hasn't BP ) ... after 2 times of treatment i must say that my skin doesn't burn at all although i've never used BP before... and my skin semms to be better after a first application yet... unfortunately it's too early to say that it really works... i hope it works 'caude this treatment it costed me something like 106 euro... treatment + shipping UPS+ custom duties... :-\ i hope my advice will be halpful for you... :) BYE

my cetaphil doesnt have benzoyl peroxide in it. i dont currently have any treatment yet. I'm going to purchase BP, and thinking of buying a better moisturizer, like CeraVe or the ones they have here..
