Hello guys!

To start with, I have tried EVERYTHING with my acne. I live in Sweden and I first went on antibiotics, and as always, it got even worse. This was one year ago. Since that didn't work I started to eat super healthy.. then I found out that I have candida. So now since one month I eat a candida cleanse diet. The first week I just ate green uncooked vegetables but after I while small bumps came right under my mouth on the right side. So I startet to eat fiber that you mix with water. After that it got even worse so I started to eat a raw food version diet but included quinoa, brown rice and fruit. Boom! Now I don't know where to begin. I exercise 3-4 times per week, drink lots of water and try to destroy the candida. What do you think? Is rhis acne because of candida or something else? I clean my face with honey or just water, and if I go out I wear mineral makeup. Please help me, I feel so insecure abour my self, and I'm so frustrated when I've almost tried everything and everything is just wrong.

If you believe its caused by candida check the thread under my sig. Hope it helps.

And also avoid fruit, and ALL sugars.. yes including natural fruits.

I would also avoid the fiber mix stuff, I also noticed break outs from it when I tried it months ago.

Try juicing only vegetables (broccoli, tomatoes, cucumbers, kale, etc).

Have you tried benzoyl peroxide? I was very wary about using it to begin with, but I've found it to be the only product that clears up my acne (not 100%, but quite a dramatic improvement nonetheless).

I'm sure diet does play a role in causing acne. Nonetheless, I tried various diets for years and they never seemed to make much difference (good or bad) to my skin, and it sounds like you're having a similar experience. I would try a topical treatment.

For candida, N-Fuzed Candida kills it in a week.

N-Fuzed Candida is an evolutionary new natural treatment concept for eliminating systemic Candida Albicans from the blood and soft tissues of the body. It also helps restore the natural balance of candida in the colonic tract, and treats thrush and surface yeast infections.

In vitro laboratory tests confirm that N-fuzed Candida kills candida albicans in as little as 3 days, and eliminates it entirely in 7 days.

The energy of candida albicans is infused into the crystalline structure of water and works synergistically with two antimicrobial botanicals known for their effectiveness in assisting the body to control the spread of candida. Using the same principle as "like treats like," N-fuzed Candida triggers the immune system to eliminate systemic candida.

If that doesn't clear you, then you know it's not Candida.

I tried that before, but I know that my acne is related to candida and food I eat that make it grow even more. Here in Sweden they said that fruit is ok when you have candida, but no. Thanx anyway! :)

Ohh, to bad shipping is so expensive to Sweden.. I'll try the diet first.. Thank you!
