Hi All,

 

I've had back acne since I was around 14 years old. I am now 25 and still have it, but not quite as bad. I still get the sore , boil type pimples on my back that can really hurt. I did a round of Accutane when I was 19, that cleared it up for a couple years but has been back for the last 3-4 years and seems to be getting worse. I'm here to see what I can learn to cure it or at least keep it at bay.

how bad is it? Moderate?

 

Also, did you ever take oral antibiotics for your acne? if you did, like me, you might be cursed with acne for a loooong time

Yeah I would say it is moderate, not real comfortable taking my shirt off at the beach unless I've already been in the sun a lot to clear it up. I took antibiotics on and off for years, tetracycline. Interesting to hear that makes the acne problem stay around in later years.
