I've gotten them in this place for as long as I can remember (I really don't have problems anywhere else on my face, I get the occasional pimple on my forehead, but not a big deal) - so there's obviously some biased factor causing me to breakout in this specific area - here's a picture:
Also, I've been getting them in the creases of my nose recently.
Any help is appreciated!

Periodically, but they have always been in this area since I was around 13 or 14, before I had facial hair ( or shaved for that matter )

Great question! Are you in any sports that would cause a break out on your chin? Like a chin guard-football?
No.
I just went and looked at this post after over a year. Anyways, just a little update: I've been using the Regimen since I made this post, and I am 95% clear. I was 100% clear when I did the Regimen twice a day and used the cleanser, but I have since stopped using the cleanser (it dried out my face too much) and I only use the Regimen in the morning, and my face is as clear as ever.
