So i have been having whiteheads on every single pore of my nose and even in the crease where the nose meets the nostril surrounding area. I am talking about sometimes large whiteheads that leave a pinhead crater after i biore strip or tweeze them out. Of course I use astringent and cold water to close it back up asap.
As for my diet, I eat really healthy, no fried foods ( maybe some fries on a weekend) , but other then that i eat low oil, and non dairy products.
Does anyone have a solution why every pore on my lower nose has whiteheads?

Have you tried exfoliating?
Instead of using something so harsh like biore strips or tweezing, how about chemical peels or a natural exfoliant like baking soda?
Other exfoliating methods are like using the toothbrush method, which I find harsh, but depends on your skin.

What does the baking soda do for whiteheads? Does it remove the whiteheads?

Okay so baking soda actually acts as a scrub, because you know it is really tiny tiny tiny particles which can help bring out the dead skin. You could try it, but whenever I use it my whole face seems to have lots of ''whiteheads'' coming out within 1 minute, I am not sure if they are whiteheads or deadskin. But they disappear within my next wash. My face also turns reddish for the next 1 hour or so because it is an exfoliant. Give it a try if you want to, remember it is baking soda not baking powder. Also remember to moisturize after using it as it can be slightly harsh for the skin.
i wouldnt use biore strips on white heads...ouch! surely that would just tear open the skin, your probably better just gently squeezing them one by one rather than ripping off the top surface.
I am yet too understand white heads. I often get them forming into a head overnight scattered here and there across my face. They are never ending!
I take beta carotene supplements on top of eating lots of raw and lightly steamed vegetables, and it really keeps my oil in check. I find that when my pores are producing less sebum, they appear to shrink a bit. Beta carotene is the safer form of vitamin A. Your liver takes in the beta carotene and converts it to vitamin A slowly, so you can't overdose on it easily like with taking vitamin A sups for acne.
Also, even though my facial acne is gone except for very rare mild breakouts, the pores on my nose still fill up and I have to extract the with an extractor tool about every two weeks. Its really easy. When I get out of the shower I put some disinfectant on my nose, get in front of a 10x mirror with my extractor, drag it in a downward motion down my nose, and watch the plugs come out of my pores. Then I'll follow up with ice on my whole face.
Actually I use ice or at least very cold water daily and homemade clay masks a couple of times a week to keep my pores clean and toned up.

just curious but what astringent do you use to close these craters up? I have some as well and they do not seem to close... Would Alpha hydroxy acid work?
My nose looks like I`m trying to grow potatoes all over it, I hate it. Like your nose, every single pore and in the crease where the nose meets the nostril surrounding area, I have white heads. I am fifty two years young and often people comment on my beautiful, big green eyes, then they see my horrible conk, with holes all over it and go quiet. I am sure that they are thinking, nice eyes, shame about the pot-holed nose.
My nose has never had healthy skin over it and no matter what I try, it stays the same.
I know how you feel, but listen, it`s personality that counts and if you`ve got a good one, people won`t care less about your nose.
Have a fun day. Forget about your nose.
