Hey guys! It's my first time on Acne.Org and I really need your help looking for treatments.
I have this pretty big acne bump on my forehead. Thing is that it's not painful when I move my face, touch it, or anything. It's just hard & red.
It use to be painful so I applied some sulfur (Queen Helene Mint Julep Mask) on it until it just stopped hurting. Now it's a big bump with no pain...
What do I do to treat it?

I keep having this issue and I am now wondering if the sweat is not the ultimate culprit.
I have been putting so much products on my face for years. The pores might need to degunk.
Each time I sweat a bit (sport, sex, hot weather), I get those non painful pustules which are staying for days.
I am trying degunking the pores completely in sauna sessions now. Don't want to use creams again.
How is it going on your side?
