I already got a 2 big bumps on my nose that resulted from a previous bimples. Now pretty much my whole nose is red, swollen, and on some spots painful (deep pimples).

 

Sorry for the bad quality, my cam is broken right now.

 

I never had problems with acne, but my nose is killing me.

i cant really tell from the pictures they are to blurry

I know that they are blurry.

 

However, I'm still looking for advice. It's not like pictures tell everything, i wrote down pretty much how the situation looks like.

hahaha! you got served, AdamRodriguez!and Ramschi, It sounds like you have some sort of scarring and irritation. It's important not to touch them. They typically last a long time, like from months to years. Being soft to the touch and never really forming a head overtime is a big sign of this. They go away in a lot of cases, but best not to touch!
