What type of scarring is this?

Are the holes considered icepick scars? What are the "waves" called? Derms have just said "shallow scarring" when I ask. I've had two TCA cross treatments (40% concentration) on the bigger holes but that resulted in two months of hyperpigmentation. Would microneedling help the wave-like areas and the holes?

Wow this is really hard to see. Maybe in different lighting it's more noticeable? To me it doesn't look like you have scarring. Whatever you have done seems to have worked great. Perhaps it's time to accept yourself as you are?

There's barely anything to see. Treating this would be a waste of money and time in my opinion.
