It looks like a combo of icepick and boxcar to me.

Subcision (with suction - always ask about doing it with suction), and then laser is a pretty much go-to type of thing. You would only get it on the scar(s) where it would be helpful and not on the others. Also, TCA CROSS might help with the icepicks, and then followed with laser.

Most importantly is to get under the care of someone really good, who is passionate about acne scarring and who you know will do a great job. Be your own advocate, learn about the procedures, and stay on top of it.

Without subcision I will bot have good results? I am very afraid. I did a research on how to prevent complications and I found that subcision made with needle is more likely to end up with complications so I want to find someone who does it with canula. Also I never had any lump so I can have hope that I will not have its after subcision? On the other band I am prone to hematomas. Is there anything else I should think about to avoid complications?

I will never do tca cross. I forgot to mention but I had one tca cross and I had red spots for several months. There was no improvement.
