Hello! I am new here. I feel very insecure about my acne scars, I need help.
At 17 I started getting nodulocystic acne but I had severe anemia and the dermatologist said I couldn't take isotretinoin. I tried everything but nothing worked for me. At 19 years old I was cured of anemia and was able to start treatment with isotretinoin, which I continued with until I was 21 years old. Shortly after finishing isotretinoin I had a big acne breakout and had to start the treatment again. Now I'm 22 and I'm about to finish the isotretinoin, I have very deep scars and marks, can you tell me if something can be done?

I would bet a few rounds of ablative fractional laser or professionally-administered microneedling +PRP might help. Your scars look more rolling than anything and it's widespread, so I would think something you could do everywhere might give you some improvement. Learn about your options and then get a few opinions from docs you trust.
