hi, i have dealing with acne sars that seems like skin colored bumps on chin and chest area for 4 years. i used accutane on maxiumum dose 3 years ago and it helped , my bumps less visible and flat. i went to derm and she said they are acne scars and they can not fix. i also looked forums and lasers did not help those type of scars. i am using tazaratone 0.1 for 2 months. i am scared of some treatmens will ocuure hyperpigmentaion or worsened those scars. my derm suggested prp treatment. but i will curious anyone had succes with those scars? i think i will use accutane forever. is tca cross, stereoid injection, prp, exosome, cryotherapy will effective for that?
Since these are raised scars, they are tough to handle.

But...the research is basically almost always done on bigger raised scars and keloid scars, not on small ones like you have.
I think I would try to find a good specialist and see what they say. Whatever you do end up doing (if anything), please share it with us here.
