hi, i have dealing with acne sars that seems like skin colored bumps on chin and chest area for 4 years. i used accutane on maxiumum dose 3 years ago and it helped , my bumps less visible and flat. i went to derm and she said they are acne scars and they can not fix. i also looked forums and lasers did not help those type of scars. i am using tazaratone 0.1 for 2 months. i am scared of some treatmens will ocuure hyperpigmentaion or worsened those scars. my derm suggested prp treatment. but i will curious anyone had succes with those scars? i think i will use accutane forever. is tca cross, stereoid injection, prp, exosome, cryotherapy will effective for that?
